Accommodation:

Living area: Comfortably furnished comprising of Sofa, that converts to a bed, coffee table, wall units, Sat TV, DVD and CD Player. There is also small selection of films and music.
Dining Area: Table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen. Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Oven, Hob and Extractor fan. 
Cutlery, crockery and glasses for 6 people.
Bedrooms: 1 Double and 1 Twin. Both have fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom: Bath, Toilet, wash basin and bidet. Shower over bath.

Security: All doors and windows have attractive grills. The apartment is also alarmed. Linen: Linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms for your comfort. Also available is a Gas Heater.

Outside

Large Balcony area with patio furniture and 2 recliner chairs.
Parking outside apartment.
A short walk away is the large communal pool including a childrens pool.

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

There is a cleaning charge of 50 € (euros) payable locally..

Deposits and payment:

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required with booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. There is also a £50.00 deposit to be paid with balance, which is fully refundable upon return of keys and subject to no damage to apartment.

Restrictions

The apartment is not suitable for the disabled due to first floor location.
No Pets allowed.
No Smoking.
