Accommodation:
The spacious combined lounge and dining area is extremely light and airy benefitting from dual aspect windows with views out over the garden and terraces. Furnished in a modern style, the room comprises large comfortable sofa-bed, coffee table, pine dresser and dining table with seating for six. A ceiling fan provides cooling air.
For your entertainment, UK T.V. is installed providing a wide range of UK channels along with a cd stereo system.
The American style kitchen is furnished with fitted pine units and comprises oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron & board along with all crockery and utensils.
On the ground floor of the property is a guest bathroom comprising w.c. and vanity wash basin.
The first floor of the house is home to our two bedrooms and family bathroom.
The Master Bedroom comprises twin beds (easily put together if you want to snuggle!), fitted robes, bedside table & lamp and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a balcony with views over the golf course of VillaMartin and out to sea.
Our second bedroom comprises twin beds, fitted robes, bedside table & lamp and ceiling fan.
The family bathroom is large and comprises bath, overbath shower, w.c., bidet and vanity basin.
Outside
Patio furniture and sun loungers are available for both dining and soaking up the rays.
The community pool is very close by to the house and is currently being reformed. Work is due for completion July 15 and photographs will be published soon after this date.
Prices
Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).
Please add a final cleaning and laundry charge of 50 Euros per booking.
