The fully equipped American Style kitchen includes oven and grill, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, iron and board and washing machine.
The spacious living/dining room is very light and airy. The fireplace is a lovely decorative feature of the room and the integral ceiling spotlights add a touch of distinction. Cable T.V. with a good choice of UK channels is provided for your entertainment.
Patio doors lead from the living room on to a terrace, furnished with comfortable, cushioned cane chairs and table. Enjoy sea views from this terrace.
Our master bedroom comprises double bed, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom comprising walk in shower, vanity basin, w.c. and bidet.
Our twin bedroom is modern and fresh and comprises twin beds, fitted robes, bedside table and lamp.
Free standing fans are available to keep you cool.
The family bathroom is equipped with w.c., bath, bidet and vanity unit.
Outside
The outside space available at the house is ideally suited to the warm climate with front garden, patio and private solarium with barbecue. Sun loungers, table and chairs are provided for lazy days in the sun. The solarium enjoys wide sea views.
The community pool is at the rear of the property, features a waterfall from the childrens' section into the main pool and is lit up in the evenings providing a very romantic, mediterranean atmosphere.

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).
Please add a final cleaning and laundry charge of 50 Euros per booking.
