Accommodation:
All rooms are tastefully furnished. Spacious lounge/dining room. Bright, modern kitchen. The Lounge area has a double sofa bed and is fitted with a ceiling fan. There is Satellite TV and a Portable CD/cassette player. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, fridge-freezer, iron and board, hob and combination microwave/oven. Utility area with washing machine and clothes airer. 1 Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. 1 Twin room with full size twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Two fold-up sun loungers. A selection of books and tapes is provided.

All house linen except beach towels provided.

Shaded front porch. Communal, landscaped pool with children's area. Garden furniture and sun loungers with mattresses provided. Tiled front gardens and ample private parking. Patio area with table and chairs, residents swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
