Accommodation:
This is a lovely newly built three bedroom villa in the highest place in this area. From the main rooftop solarium has views of mountains, and a sea in the distance. There is everything here that you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor are:1 Double bedroom with built in wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC , and spacious living/dining room with attractive open fireplace. On the first floor are another 2 good size double bedrooms with single beds in each,(one with private south facing terrace) and 2nd beautifully tiled fresh and light family bathroom with full bath. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with black marble worktop and wooden cabinet, good size fridge ,freezer, microwave, oven , hob, washing machine, kettle etc. There is a wardrobe safe in the property for storing passport and every items of value. Just a few steps away is the swimming pool which is gated and exclusive to residents. Pets are not welcome.
Linen:
You will be provided with sheets and towels for your stay (please bring own beach / pool towels however.)
Outside:
This excellent quality villa is located in the heart of three golf courses. Real Club De Golf Campoamor, Villamartin and Club De Golf Las Ramblas are only a few minutes away. Just 10 minutes drive from wonderful golden sandy beaches: green flag La Zenia, Campoamor, Playa De La Regia, Cala Caleta, Playa Flamenca. There are many local foreign restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops to choose from. Only 35 min from Alicante airport, and 20 min from Murcia. Short driving distance to Elche(40 min), Cartagena (1,1 h), and many other nice Costa Blanca places. The Villa is only 15 minutes from the main town of Torrevieja with its beautiful salt lagoons Fantastic Mediterranean climate; very healthy atmosphere and over 300 days sun, sun, sun.
