Accommodation:
Master double bedroom, bedside tables with lamps and built in wardrobes with ensuite shower room, wash basin and toilet. The twin bedroom has a bedside table and built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a full size bath, shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The Lounge/Dining area has an extendable table and seating for 4 people, a 3 seater sofa bed and TV.The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and juicer and leads into a utility area with washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron. 

Linen:
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Outside:
There is an outside garden table and four chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for the apartment (not per person) per week plus 30€ (euros) for cleaning and laundry payable directly to the key holder. Electricity and water are all included in the price.

Deposits and payment:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. A key and damage deposit of £100 or 150€ (euros) is payable to the keyholder on arrival and will be refunded after inspection of property.
Payment can be made by either cheque or credit card.

The owners accept no liability for the loss of any valuables or any other insurable item.
