Accommodation:
Ground floor apartment with 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Lounge/dining area with 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs, uk satellite tv and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a utility room with boiler, washing machine and 2 portable heaters. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.
Linen:
Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside:
There is a terrace overlooking the garden and the communal pool is just behind the apartment.
Rental terms and conditions:
Prices are weekly (7 nights). Arrangements can be made for shorter stays.
There is a charge of 40 euros per stay, payable on arrival, for cleaning.
