Accommodation:
This superb Villamartin apartment is tiled throughout and incorporates three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and has an ensuite facility incorporating a washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is also a double and has two single beds. The third bedroom is a single and is equipped with one single bed.
All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes with clothes hangers and ample drawer storage for clothes. The main bathroom has full size bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer.
Other equipment provided includes a hairdryer and steam iron.
The Lounge/Dining area has an L shaped six seater settee and the extendable dining table has seating for six people.
There is a TV with English and Sky channels, DVD player and a stereo system with radio, cassette and CD player.
The apartment is air conditioned with an inverter system providing cool in the Summer and warmth in the Winter. There are air conditioning units in the lounge, the master bedroom and the second double bedroom.
Linen:
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Beach towels are also provided.
Outside:
The large rooftop solarium is reached by stairs from the front balcony and is fully equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers and a built in barbecue. There is off street parking opposite the apartment.
There are two swimming pools there for the exclusive use of residents.
Rental terms and conditions:
Prices are for the apartment ( not per person ). Please enquire for prices for stays longer than 14 nights.
No hidden extras - cleaning and laundry before and after your stay, electricity and water are all included in the price.
Arrival days - we are flexible over changeover days.
Whichever day you arrive, the apartment is available to you from 3:30 p.m. and on your departure day you can stay in the apartment until 10 a.m.
