Accommodation:
The Villa sleeps up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, one double bed, 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge.The open-plan living room and kitchen is comfortably furnished, and includes satellite TV/DVD, and CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, and microwave. Table seating up to 6 people. A sofa and 2 arm chairs in the lounge. The upstairs includes a bathroom with WC, Bidet, Bath and over bath shower. There is also a WC downstairs. An outdoor utility area includes a washing machine and washing line. alarm,grilles,safe,bedlinen There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room area. There are also heaters if required.
The double bedroom leads to a balcony with patio table and chairs.

Linen:
All linen is provided. Bring your own beach towels.
Outside:
Additional pebbled patio garden and porch to the front of the house. Communal pool is shared between a small block 21 houses.
Rental terms and conditions:
Prices are for 4 people for 1 week -7 nights - for the villa. Additional guest are £30 per person. The rental cost includes water, electricity, cleaning and laundry.
