Sleeping up to six people, the house is fully fitted with a lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms.
The bathroom with shower and bidet is on the first floor.

Outside:
There is also a roof terrace with a barbecue. The car park is 60 yards away and the nearest shop five minutes walk.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

Deposits and payment:

A 25% deposit payable on booking with the balance payable one month before the booked date.

There is a refundable damage deposit of £50.00 payable with the balance.
