Theme parks

Terra Mitica is a theme park near Benidorm open from June 1st to September 11th. Opening hours are 10 a.m. to Midnight from July 16th to September 5th and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at all other times.

	The website is in English and is packed full of useful information. You can even book your tickets on-line by credit card. The park is approximately 80 km North of Torrevieja. There is a direct exit from the A7 motorway as you approach Benidorm.

Terranatura near Benidorm, is a cross between a theme park and a safari park and is newly opened in 2005.
The park has an area over 320,000 square metres and divided into four differently themed continents with four natural elements.
There are 1500 animals from 200 different species (50 of which are in danger of extinction) to be seen in surroundings which recreate their original habitat.

An aquatic park is planned for future development.

The park is open all year round (except for New Year's day) from 10:00 until 17:00 in the Winter and 10:00 until 20:00 in the Summer.

Entry charges are 20€ for adults, 15€ for children aged between 4 and 12 and 15€ for seniors.
