Accommodation:
This fully furnished two bedroom apartment sleeps 4 with one double and one single bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with all mod cons and has a washing machine and Television.

Linen:
Bed linen is provided.

Outside:
There is a large South facing terrace where you can enjoy al-fresco dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine.
There is a large open-air area and a swimming pool available exclusively for residents.

Prices are for 1 week -7 nights - for the house (not per person) and includes water, gas and electricity.

Deposits and payment:

If you ever re-book with me, as a "repeat Customer" I will guarantee you a 15% discount off the listed price.

Please note that a key and damage deposit of £100 - 150€ (Euro) will also be required with full payment for the stay upon arrival and collection of the keys. The deposit will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and the satisfactory return of all keys.

For any bookings made by people under 25 years of age, the key and damage deposit required will be increased to £200 - 300€ (Euro).
