This beautiful secure apartment in the Punta Prima area, which is just a 5-minute drive south of the 'market town' of Torrevieja. It is located near to several beaches and golf courses. There are numerous bars, restaurants, banks and shops all within walking distance. It even has it's own bar/restaurant (The Rocajuana Bar) located next to the complex, which has entertainment most evenings. The apartment is set within a quiet complex of 80 apartments, where about 20 have English & Spanish residents living there all year round.

Accommodation:

Bedroom1: This bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe and overlooks the swimming pool.
Bedroom2: This bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe and overlooks the swimming pool.
Bathroom: Contains bath/shower, sink, W.C., bidet and extractor fan.
Kitchen: Features include. Electric oven, electric hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, ceiling fan and sink area.
Lounge: Includes 20" television (with some English channels), sofa bed, dining table and ceiling fan. Balcony: This has it's own patio set and overlooks the swimming pool.
Garden: The downstairs garden is a suntrap area overlooking the swimming pool, with it's own table & chairs. It also has it's own storage cupboard.

Linen:
Linen is supplied for all beds.

Rental terms and conditions:

40 euros will need to be left for the cleaner on leaving the apartment. Prices are negotiable for alternative stays.
Long-term lets are also available at excellent rates.

Deposits and payment:

A £75 deposit is required within 14 days of booking the apartment and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
A £50 security cheque deposit is required. Which will be returned in full when the keys are returned within 14 days of leaving the apartment and subject to no damage being found after the let.

Restrictions:
