The house is in the lovely town of Puerto de Mazarron,which has miles of beautiful beaches,and lovely mountain scenery. It has a good selection of restaurants and shops,and the local people are very friendly.The house is set in a cul de sac with plenty of parking with a terraced area with seating to the front.It is 3 mins walk to the beach,and 5 mins drive to the town where there is a good Sunday market

Accommodation:
The house sleeps 5. There are three bedrooms, one double one twin, and one single with an en-suite bathroom. In all there are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.
It is fully furnished with tv/video,radio and CD player

The Kitchen includes microwave, Washing Machine, fridge and freezer. Electric oven with Gas hob, microwave, toaster etc.

Linen:
All linen is provided except for Beach towels.

Outside:
There is a balcony, a front terrace which is partly shaded from the summer sun and a high fence and gate making it safe for children.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

Cleaning is included in the price.

Deposits and payment:

A £50 refundable damage deposit is required.
