Standard property care
- we look after your keys
- we will inspect your property each week and

- check electricity, gas and water

- if you are disconnected from water, gas or electricity for any reason we will deal with the companies to help resolve the problem
- if you need electrical, plumbing or other building work we will arrange for you
- we'll keep you informed if any repairs are needed and arrange for quotations and repairs according to your instructions
- if you rent out your property we provide as standard for your guests
- a local information pack for your property for their use
- a translator in the case of medical problems, burglary or theft
- a permanent bi-lingual (English - Spanish ) contact for your guests

Property preparation
- Prepare the property for the arrival of yourself or your guests
- a light clean
- electricity and fridge switched on
- if arriving after dark the lights will be switched on and heating if necessary
- make up beds
- ensure there are toilet rolls and bin bags
Only 15€ per preparation
Cleaning
- Clean the property thoroughly, including windows, sun terrace and porch
Laundry
- Provide a complete Laundry service
