Casa Dona Carmen is a three bedroomed quattro style villa situated in the peaceful resort of Playa Flamenca which is in sunny South Costa Blanca. The property is about half an hours drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports and is 4 miles south of the town of Torrevieja. There are cheap flights available to Alicante and Murcia from most airports.
The villa is located on a small private development and enjoys the use of a well maintained communal pool. There is a large complex of international restaurants, bars and shops a three minute walk away. If it's the beach you enjoy, there are a number of blue flag beaches close by, the nearest can be reached by foot in ten minutes. There is also a large supermarket within easy walking distance. Every Saturday there is a lively market in Playa Flamenca.

Accommodation:
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded rooms. There are also two pull/fold-out beds and a travel cot/play-pen available.

A luxury bathroom complete with full size bath and shower.

A comfortable living room with a dining  table and colour satellite TV which receives UK television.

A fully equipped kitchenette, complete with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

Linen:
All linen and towels are provided.

Outside:
Two sun terraces, one at ground level and a large south-facing roof terrace offering a modest view of the sea. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a BBQ are provided.  Both terraces have retractable awnings to provide some shade if desired.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

There is a £30 supplement if more than 6 people are staying.
All lets are from Saturday to Saturday, except by special arrangement.
Discounts are available for longer lets (3 weeks or more) except in July or August.
The rental charged covers the cost of electricity, water, starter pack, cleaning and the laundering of bed linen and towels.
The owners accept no responsibility for theft of belongings, personal liability or other insurable losses.  The client should, therefore, arrange adequate insurance cover on such items.
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow time for it to be prepared for the next set of guests.
The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis and the bed linen and towels are changed at the same time. A generous starter pack of basic provisions is also provided.

The rate for Easter, Christmas, New Year is £290

Deposits and payment:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable in full 6 weeks before the tenancy starts
The owners reserve the right to offer the villa to other tenants if the full amount due is not received by this time.
Reservations made within 8 weeks of the rental period will require payment of the full amount at the time of booking.
In the event of unavoidable cancellation, refunds will be considered only if the owners are able to let the property to someone else for the same period.
A £25 security deposit will be required in advance, this will be refunded when the keys are returned.
