The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people, and is located in the impressive Pinada Golf area of Villamartin; it is situated on the second floor, and overlooks the swimming pool area. It has the advantage of being the corner apartment, and enjoys views over the golf course.
These impressive luxury "Spanish style" 2 bedroomed apartments are located within a short walk of the excellent Villamartin complex, and both the Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses are situated within a five minutes drive.
The sandy beaches and warm waters of the Costa Blanca are also within a short 10 minutes drive away.
The apartment has been tastefully furnished, has been built to high standards, and has marble flooring throughout.
The apartment has views over Villamartin golf course, and the photo on the right represents the view from the lounge window; similar views can also be enjoyed from the front terrace.

Accommodation:
Living room: tastefully furnished. Seating for 4 people, added benefit of front and side windows, satellite television, and ceiling fan. The sofa also converts into a double bed.
Dining area: seating for 4 people, with a good quality Mexican wooden table and chairs.
Kitchen area: fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor fan, & washing machine.
Bathroom: fully tiled bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower, and bath.
Bedroom 1: double bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Linen:
Linen is provided, and the apartment will be fully cleaned both before your arrival and after departure for the next guests.
Towels are also provided, but not beach towels.

Outside:
Spacious balcony terrace at the front, overlooking the swimming pool area, together with views over Villa martin golf course. The terrace also houses a patio table & chairs, enabling one to eat and / or relax outside whilst enjoying the views.
Private roof terrace, with clothes drying facility, and views over the golf course and the sea beyond.
Use of the private communal swimming pool below.

Security:
Lockable private wrought iron gate at the entrance to the apartment from the spiral staircase, ensuring privacy and maximises security when locked.
The front door is protected by a high security lock, and is also protected by an attractive lockable security grill.
The windows to the front are protected by window grills.
The apartment also enjoys the added benefit of having a burglar alarm.

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

A £30 cleaning and laundry charge will also apply in addition to the weekly tariff.
This charge will only apply once throughout the duration of the rental period.

Deposits and payment:

A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is required. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before occupancy, together with the key & damage deposit (see below); if booking is made within 6 weeks of occupancy, then full payment together with the key & damage deposit will be required.

Please note that a key and damage deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and to satisfactory return of all keys.
For any bookings made by people under 25 years of age, the key and damage deposit required will be increased to £200.

Recommend guests who subsequently stay at the apartment and you will receive a 10% discount off your next stay.

Restrictions:

No pets allowed.

Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the front terrace and outside.
