Accommodation: The apartment consists of a spacious lounge (inc. double sofa bed) with seating for 6 people, with Satellite TV, DVD and video player. The dining area also seats 6, and the separate, large, fully equipped kitchen has an oven, washing machine and microwave.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) both with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and winter heating. The double room also has a TV.
The fully tiled bathroom comprises of a four piece suite (including bath/shower).
In addition to the lounge ceiling fan there are also a number of portable fans for your added comfort.
The whole building is wheelchair friendly. For those of you who have a car we have secure private underground parking (access by either lift or stairs) below the apartment. There is a video/phone security entrance system, a small safe and we have security shutters and concertina grilles on all windows and doors for your total peace of mind. English management.
We have secure underground parking but if you do not want to hire a care to get around, there is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.
Linen: All linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels
Additional linen is provided for stays longer than one week.
Outside: This is an ideal apartment for those of you with small children as the sun terrace is very spacious and totally secure, with a lockable gate to the courtyard. The apartment and terrace look out onto the inner courtyard fountain not the main road, which makes it a more peaceful setting and being situated on the ground floor it is again safe for children and easy for wheelchair access.
