Accommodation:
There are 3 bedrooms.On the first floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and sun terrace. Two twin rooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor.The property is well furnished throughout and benefits from satellite TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Linen:
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside:
Private gardens to the front and rear. Patio/sun terrace furniture provided.Communal pool and off road parking.

Rental terms and conditions:
Prices are for 1 week-7 nights for the apartment(not per person). The price includes cleaning, water and electricity.

Deposits and payment:
There is a non refundable deposit of £100 per week at the time of booking.Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
There is a £100 refundable damage deposit to cover possible breakages or damage.

Restrictions:

Sorry,no pets.
Please restrict smoking to the patio areas.
Not suitable for wheelchair access or fun seeking clubbers.
The owners accept no liability for injury to third parties, the loss of any valuables or any other insurable item. We strongly recommend you have the necessary travel insurance.
