The luxury apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and toilet, main bathroom, large sitting/dining area and exceptionally large south facing balcony. The accommodation is tastefully furnished throughout and benefits from UK satellite TV. The fully fitted kitchen and utility area include washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a communal swimming pool which is not too close to be disturbing. The property is available on a weekly basis; although longer lets can be arranged. Cleaning can be arranged for a modest sum.

Linen:
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ) and longer lets can be arranged.
There are no extra cleaning charges.

Deposits and payment:

A 25% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking.

There is a £100 refundable damage deposit to cover possible breakages or damage.

Restrictions:

Sorry, no pets.

Please restrict smoking to the balcony.
