There are 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and large terrace. On the ground floor are 2 twin bedded room and 1 bathroom

The American style kitchen has everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Linen:
Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are all included.

There is a private garden to front and rear. A residents' swimming pool and ample off-road parking.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

The price includes water and electricity. There is a charge of 60€ for the final clean.

Deposits and payment:

There is a non refundable deposit of £100 per week payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable 2 months before departure.

There is a £200 refundable deposit for breakages

Restrictions:

No pets

No smoking

Not suitable for fun seeking clubbers.
