Ground floor apartment in quiet area of Los Dolses.  Own garden with garden furniture, large communal pool and off road parking.  Within 5 minutes walking distance of local shops and bars/restaurants or 15 minutes walk for Villamartin golf and Villamartin plaza. Las Ramblas Golf is only 10 minutes drive as are La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches.

Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 is furnished with 2 single beds but linen is available should you wish to put the beds together. It has a shower room en-suite.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds and the bathroom is across the passage.  The apartment also has a put-u-up bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted and suitable for long term rental.

The lounge/dining area is equipped with 2 settees, satellite TV, video player and radio/CD player.

Linen:
All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Outside:
Own garden with garden furniture, large communal pool and off road parking.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).

Prices quoted are for up to 5 people sharing.  Rates are negotiable for 2 people sharing and long term rentals ( 4 weeks +).

There is an additional charge for cleaning of €32 for duration of stay plus €6 per person for towels and linen per week.

Deposits and payment:

balance of payment is due 6 weeks before start date of holiday and keys will be sent 2 weeks before.

We expect £100 / 150€ deposit to secure booking, which includes £50 / €75(refundable) against breakages.

Restrictions:

No pets.

No smoking inside the apartment, please.
