Las Violetas is an air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor luxury Villamartin apartment located on a gated community on the Villamartin golf complex South of Torrevieja. The apartment enjoys magnificent views of the sea and local countryside and is only a few minutes stroll from the world famous Villamartin Plaza with its shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is within a 5 minute drive of two other outstanding golf courses - Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The latest golf course in the area - La Finca - is just a 20 minute drive away at Algorfa. For those who love the sea and sand, the outstanding blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are only a 10 minutes drive away. Horse riding, tennis, bowls and Go-Karting are all available locally. For a lively day out there are water parks, animal parks and theme parks all within a reasonable drive.

Accommodation:
This superb Villamartin apartment has marble flooring throughout and incorporates two bedrooms each equipped with twin single beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an ensuite facility incorporating a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The L shaped kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The kitchen leads into the utility area where you will find the washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer.
Other equipment provided includes a hairdryer and steam iron.

The Lounge/Dining area has two and three seater settees and the extendable dining table has seating for four people.
There is a TV with over 40 English, Satellite and Sky channels, DVD player and a stereo system with radio, cassette and CD player.

Heating for the cooler winter evenings is provided by electric oil filled radiators and the inverter air conditioning system.

Linen:
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Beach towels are also provided.

Outside:
The large rooftop solarium with its built in barbecue is reached by stairs from the front balcony and is fully equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers and large sun parasol. The solarium is not overlooked by any other properties and offers complete privacy.

The large private garden where you can find a shady spot to sit under the pine trees and palms watching the green parakeets which are native to the area.

The first of the two large swimming pools, there for the exclusive use of residents, is less than 100 metres away and is in full view from the front balcony of the apartment.

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for the apartment (not per person). For stays over 14 nights please enquire for details of prices.

No hidden extras - cleaning and laundry before and after your stay, electricity and water are all included in the price.

Arrival days - we are flexible over changeover days.

Whichever day you arrive, the apartment is available to you from 3:30 p.m. and on your departure day you can stay in the apartment until 10 a.m.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 or 150€ is required.

Restrictions:
No pets.
Smokers are welcome but in the interests of safety and the comfort of all, we ask that smoking is restricted to the balconies, solarium and garden.

The owners accept no liability for the loss of any valuables or any other insurable item. We recommend that you have the necessary travel insurance before leaving for Spain.
