This 4+2 person apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a very new apartment block in La Zenia. It is a roomy apartment with a floorspace of 50 m2 and a large 8m2 terrace. There is a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea from the balcony. There is a large open-air parking lot near the house. Restaurants, banks, supermarkets, rent-a-car agencies are all within 300 m. It is near the road to Villamartin, only 3 km from the golf courses and La Zenia's sandy beach is only 600 m away.

Accommodation:
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living-dining room, one bathroom, independent kitchen and storage space.

The apartment comes fully equipped with Colour TV, Radio with Tape and CD Player.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, tea-maker, fridge freezer, washing machine and Iron.

There is an elevator to the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with electric heating for the use of guests in wintertime.

Linen:
Bed linen is provided at a cost of €15 per set.
Towels are not provided

Outside:
There is a large private balcony and share swimming pool.

Rental terms and conditions:
There is a minimum rental of 1 week. Subject to availability, you can begin your stay on any day of the week.

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).
In the case of more than 6 guests, there is an cost of €50 per day for each additional person.
The price includes all running costs, the right to use all equipment in the apartment, the elevator and the swimming pool.

Electricity is charged as an extra in wintertime to cover heating costs.

Deposits and payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental or one weeks rental ( whichever is less) is payable upon booking. The balance is payable 2 weeks before arrival.
You will be required to make payment by bank transfer. Full details on what you need to do will be provided when you make your reservation.

There is a refundable damage deposit of €300 which you will pay to our local representative upon arrival.
The cost of any damage/breakage to any item in the apartment or the replacement cost of any items which go missing from the apartment will be deducted from this deposit. Our local representative will determine the amount to be deducted and you will be refunded the balance of the deposit. In the event that the costs of repair/replacement are greater than the deposit paid, you will be required to pay the additional amount to our representative.
Your deposit will be refunded in full if there is no damage.

Restrictions:

No pets

Please bear in mind that this is a condominium and other guest must not be disturbed.

You can use all the equipment in the apartment and are personally responsible for the safe use of appliances. Only adults should use electrical equipment. If you have any questions then you can contact our local representative.

When you leave, please don't leave anything in the apartment which wasn't there on your arrival.
