Both comfortable bedrooms are stylishly furnished with twin beds. The front bedroom, which overlooks the garden and pool, has a fully tiled en suite shower room. It's large window benefits from both shutters and an elegant security grille. The second bedroom overlooks a quiet cobbled passageway. Again the window has the benefit of both a shutter and grille. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes (with plenty of hangers!)and ceiling fans. The main bathroom offers a bidet and bath with shower. Hairdryers provided in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and usual electric kettle and toaster. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer (for outside use), iron and ironing board.
The lounge is the feature room of the house with its lofty "cathedral style" ceiling. It benefits from large sliding patio doors which lead on to a small terrace (with seating for 4) where you can enjoy your morning tea or evening bottle of wine, overlooking the garden and pool. It is comfortably furnished, providing lounge and dining seating for 4. Also provided are a flatscreen TV, DVD player and a CD/Radio player. A modern gas fire has been installed for instant warmth during the cooler months and there is a selection of paperbacks and magazines to relax with.
Bed linen and towels provided. Please provide your own towels for use at the pool and beach.
Stone steps lead from the lower lounge terrace up to the large rooftop solarium which enjoys magnificent views across the golf course to the mountains. The solarium enjoys all day sunshine and as it is equipped with a table and chairs to seat 6, makes it a wonderful area for alfresco dining. Sun loungers are also provided so that you can soak up a few rays too!
The lower terrace has a few curving steps down to the garden, attractively laid out with grass, a large palm and plants. The garden gate leads straight out onto the lovely, spacious pool area. The pool itself offers both a large deep pool for swimming and a shallow area, ideal for both children and paddlers alike!
There is a remote control entrance gate to the road to allow vehicles access to the house. An intercom system is fitted in the house. There is also an alarm which provides a quick response from the security company.

Rental prices are for the house per week (7nights). We are happy to negotiate on shorter stays. There is a final cleaning and laundry charge of 40 Euros payable locally to our friendly English "house carers".
