We have called this little place in the sun An Grianan it means the sunny place in Gaelic. We have owned this apartment for four years, during which time only friends and family have enjoyed holidaying in it. We would ask that you treat this as you would your own home, and we hope that you find all you need at your disposal. If there is anything you may require and we can be of help please do not hesitate to tell us.This lovely apartment is on the first floor of a 2 storey building in the residential area of Jardin del Mar V.
Jardin del Mar is an ideal location for a family holiday.Although a quiet, residential area, you are just a walk away from the Hypermarket, Bowling Alley, Aquapark, McDonald's and KFC.The centre of Torrevieja is just a 5 minute drive and the same distance to some glorious beaches.Bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and with the pool being so close, what are you waiting for? 

Accommodation:
The apartment sleeps 5 and comprises living/dining room, kitchen 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
The bedrooms are 1 double, 1 twin bedded room and one single bedroom. All are comfortably furnished.
The spacious lounge has a TV and video player with a selection of videos.
Seating is comfortable with  2 three place sofas and the room also has a dining area with seating for 4.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for your needs and includes a washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer etc.
There is an overhead fan in the lounge.

Linen:
 Bed linen is provided and will be changed on a weekly basis.

Outside:
Balcony and private roof terrace.
The balcony is furnished and sun loungers are provided for sun bathing on the roof terrace.The community gardens and the pool are just a 1/2 minute walk away.Parking is available outside the apartment

Rental terms and conditions:

Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).
A final cleaning and laundry charge of 30 € is payable on arrival.Welcome packs are available at a cost of 15 €.

Deposits and payment:

A deposit of 25 % is payable on booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival.
A damage and key deposit of £100 is required and will be returned after inspection of the villa.
A final cleaning and laundry charge of €30 is payable on arrival.
