		Casa Ta'Rhona is a quality 3 bed 2 bathroom semi-detached house with fully equipped kitchen in a quiet residential community with beautiful landscaped residents only pool area. Well equipped with Satellite TV, CD player, books and games. Sleeps 6 in comfort (no sofa beds). Whilst the property is in a lovely quiet community, there is plenty to do in the area. Plenty of bars Irish, Spanish, English etc, and restaurants Chinese, Italian, Indian, British and even Spanish! within walking distance. There are supermarkets and many other shops and facilities nearby including, newsagent, banks etc. Only 5 - 10 mins from 6 local beautiful blue flag beaches some with water sports activities available There is quite a large market every Saturday across from the house. The market sells everything from food, leather, ceramics and hardware. Go Karting, Horse Riding, Fishing, Water Sports & Aqua park are all-available within the Torrevieja area. Car hire is recommended to appreciate all the amenities and beaches in the region. You can park it in your own drive for complete peace of mind.The house is located within a 5-minute drive from the renowned Golf Courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Torrevieja is a 15 mins drive away. There you can enjoy the cafe society. People watch and watch the street vendors, small market stalls, artists, jewellery artisans etc. Quite often there is an art exhibition going on. All in all a well-furnished comfortable house, which is far superior to normal rentals.

Accommodation:
2 Double bedrooms both with double beds and 1 Twin with two single beds. 1 full bathroom with bath/shower, W.C., hand basin and bidet on main floor1 shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and hand basin on upper floor. 2 comfortable sofas providing lounge seating for 6. Extendable dining table for 6 people. 4 ring hob, full oven with hooded extractor fan microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, toastie maker, ample pots and pans and china and glassware - it is very well equipped to cover every need. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans in all rooms.

Linen:
Bed linen and towels are provided. One set of bed linen per booked week will be provided. Towels for duration of booking will be provided; towels can be washed in machine as required. Please bring your own beach towels.

Outside:
Front patio, front terrace with dining table and chairs. Large top floor solarium providing
al-fresco dining area and ample all day long sunbathing space furnished with 4 sun loungers and parasol.
