Accommodation:
The living room has a modern, contemporary feel with comfortable seating, coffee table, wall unit, and satellite TV.
The dining area has seating for 4.
The fully fitted kitchen is bright and modern. Fully equipped for all your needs, there is a full oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc.
The washing machine is housed in the separate utility room.
The marble staircase leads to the first floor of the house.
The two comfortable bedrooms both have twin beds, fitted robes and bedside tables.
The master bedroom has patio doors leading to a lovely spacious terrace. Steps lead up from the terrace to the private roof top solarium.
The family bathroom has a marble vanity basin and storage unit, wc, bidet, bath and over bath shower.
There is a second w.c.. located on the ground floor. The sofa bed in the lounge provides space for an extra 2 people to sleep comfortably.
Outside:
There are 2 community pools, one of which is set in tranquil gardens. Both are just a few metres from the house.
The Area
Situated beyond the gated entrance to the prestigious Real Club de Golf Campoamor, the area has a real feel of luxury and relaxation.
The Club House is highly regarded as a wonderful place for drinks or a sumptuous meal, set in glorious gardens, overlooking the golf course. If you feel like a change from the community pool why not have a dip in this one?
Aside from the obvious attraction, please remember that you are only a short drive from some of the best blue flag beaches on the Southern Costa Blanca.
A good choice of bars, restaurants and shops can be found within a 10 minute drive.
The centre of Torrevieja, if you feel like some hustle and bustle for a while, is just 15 minutes by car.
Rental terms and conditions:
Prices are for 1 week - 7 nights - for the apartment ( not per person ).
Please add a final cleaning and laundry charge of 50 Euros per booking.
