This is a well equipped, comfortably furnished self-catering, detached Spanish villa in Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain. Situated in a quite residential area of Rojales Hills, (off Benijofar), close to the towns of Rojales and Quesada. It is only 30 mins from Alicante airport and 10 kms to the nearest coast. There are many nice beaches including La Mata, La Marina, Guardamar and Torrevieja along this coast. Benimar is a very relaxing town with friendly locals, It has a safe feeling about the place. The area has some of the best Indian, Mexican and Spanish restaurants. The property has a fantastic private swimming pool. There are local amenities within walking distance, including an English pub, restaurants, convenience / grocery stores, Chemist, Hair Dressers, Bank/ATMs.
There is an Aqua Park 5 minutes from the Villa. A car is necessary but their are cabs and bus services from the nearest town of Rojales. We can arrange for pick up and drop off to the Airports.
The Villa is only a short drive from Marquesa Golf Club and about 20 to 30 minutes drive from La Finca, Las Ramblas, Alicante, Bonalba, Villamartin, Campoamor and many other Courses. The Villa will suit Golfers and Families.
