The apartment is new and in its first season of rental. It is a five minute stroll from Villamartin Plaza which gives you a wide choice of shops and restaurants. To the rear of the property there is a communal pool with showers. There is air conditioning and English television. The Blue Flag beach at La Zenia is within a 5 min drive and there is a shuttle bus service available during the season.
